The San Francisco 49ers made a bit of embarrasing offseason news with an unconventional training video that features racial stereotyping and images of lesbian pornography.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported Wednesday that the team had filmed a 15-minute informational video -- aimed at teaching new players how to handle the diverse Bay Area media community -- that was rife with and obscene material.
Team public relations director Kirk Reynolds, who is in many of the scenes, has resigned.
In one segment, Reynolds interviews an Asian man in Chinatown who responds with a thick, theatrical accent. In another, Reynolds cavorts with strippers at Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell Theater.
