I now have, in my posession, a promotional CD of Tim Flannery singing "The Baseball Song." I haven't heard it- don't know how good it is...

He's actually quite good. His concerts are sometimes shown on the local channel here.

Apparently he is from a very musical family.

I did not know that. Maybe we can have a San Diego sports/music concert of Tim Flannery and Doug Flutie (the Flutie Brothers have released 2 cds, I think).

I don't know if jazz guitarist/former Phoenix Sun forward Wayman Tisdale or Jack McDowell have any San Diego ties, though...
