Ditto on CNN: "Pope John Paul II, 1920-2005" with the crawler reading "Vatican TV reports Pope has Died"

As a Catholic, I'm both happy and sad. Sad that John Paul II has died, because he was such a great man for the world. I don't know of anyone who has had the influence on politics that he has had during his reign as Pope.

I'm happy in the knowledge that right now, he's happy and healthy in the presence of God.

RIP John Paul II

Canada.Com has a good article on his life.

Rest In Peace, Pope.

I just want to say in the same thing that many people in the world have and already had said today.

"The world lost a great man today."

Rest In Peace: Pope John Paul II may God take you into his kingdom. Amen.

Wow, such a sad day. While I'm not Catholic, the Pope symbolizes the good in the world. May he rest in peace.
