I bought this last week, and I can honestly say that this is the best purchase I've made this year. It's from a company called Irrelevent games (but has been released through EA). For those of you who don't know, it's a 'Silver Age' Comic book game.
The graphics are just great. They're not astoundingly great, but they're spot on with everything from that era of comics.
The voices are so overly blown out of proportion that they're funny, but exactly proportional to what they should be for their characters.
Game play is pretty simple point and click stuff, though it can be bit annoying at times to keep track of all your (up to four) heros at one time. However you can pause the game at any time with the spacebar, and manage from there.
The storyline reeks of nostalgia and at times is exactly what you expect (and hope it) to be. My biggest complaint is some of the characters aren't fully (at all) developed. But the important ones are, and you'll figure out who your favorites are rather quickly.
Anyone who's a fan of comics (or even those who aren't) would be doing themselves a major service by picking this game up. It's really a blast.
