Hurley continues as the avatar for the fans of the show I think, and those who have been complaining that we don't get enough answers should be slightly pleased with tonight's offering.

Damn is Hurley the man.
You just FELT for him. Every thing that happened to him you FELT it. At least I did.
And of course he didn't tell anyone his backstory. Who the hell would believe him?

Great episode, I was really worried that Hurley might be the one they kill off, but am glad they didn't.

Definitely...I had started catching Curb late last year, a little before the episode where he bought his dad some weed from the big man...that episode was great. So when he said, "I can't believe they mistook me for a drug dealer," it got a big kick out of our house.
My favorite character on the show is Charlie...I was about bummed when he was "dead", and then when he came too...I breathed a sigh of relief...just a great show. | Quezzy

I never thought that, to me it seemed like even though everyone around him was getting hurt nothing ever actually happened to Hurley it was almost like Bruce Willis's character in Unbreakable, that he was somehow invincible. I think Hurley also realized this and that's why he was willing to cross the unstable bridge and stand up to the French chick, because he believed no harm would come to him. | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
