No My Chemical Romance in the top or bottom 40? What's your opinion on them? Oh, and have you ever heard of the group "Cursive" or "Pretty Girls Make Graves"? I'm debating whether or not to pick up their cd's.

My Chemical Romance hit the bottom part of the top 40 a couple months back. It's good to see Head Automatica up on the top 40. I've heard abit of Acceptance and kinda like 'em. Even though they're on the bottom 40, it's nice to see them on any list. lol. And I guess a thanks to you Feely for bringing to my attention that Garbage has a new song/album. After a couple google searches I found a streaming copy of the song online. I'm really loving it so far.

The Futureheads album is really amazing. I listened to it for about a week straight, which is not something I've done in quite a while.

Definately glad to see other folks appreciating it as well.

Good to see Muse getting some love on this list...I'm surprised more people aren't checking them out. Well, people I know personally, anyway.

And My Chemical Romance is pretty dreadful. Friend of mine saw them live and said it was one of the worst live performances he's ever seen. I myself listened to the album and was thoroughly unimpressed...then again, I'm bias against emo, so take that for what you will.

How many Emo kids does it take to change a light bulb?

None, they like to sit in the dark and cry about it.

Oh, yeah, I should probably respond to these. MCR is a guilty pleasure, I like what I've heard of PGMG and Cursive, lemme see, what else. MCR is...supposedly pretty great live? And they were good when I've seen them on the TV?

I've talked to people who said that MCR were awful live, but that it was a while ago, so they might have improved by now.

Speaking of live acts, I get sad every time I see Rise Against in the bottom 40, but especially since seeing them about 10 days ago at their homecoming show in Chicago. One of the best shows I've ever seen regardless of genre or venue.

And every time someone hates on Straylight Run, God kills a puppy.

But only because two of the members had the good sense to get the hell out of Taking Back Sunday.
