Very stacked bill this year. Coldplay and NIN are pretty solid picks for headliners, and the rest of the weekend looks like a Feely Top 40 Who's Who. I don't think I'm drawn to any one artist enough to make it out there this year. However, I said that last year and still found myself in the desert.
I am DYING to see New Order, though. I think they're the last on my list of "All Time Favorite Bands I've Never Seen Live". Surprised to see Bauhaus there, too. Weezer should draw pretty well, seeing as they never play anywhere anymore. | Promote this thread! | | spf

They were my revelation for 2004 and just an awesome live act. Right now they would be my act to see out of the announced lineup. Though NIN could be fun.

As much as I enjoyed last year and told myself NEVER AGAIN... I may have to forget I sadi that.
New Order, Cocteau Twins, the Prodigy, the Doves, Cafe Tacuba, Weezer, Rilo Kiley, the Secret Machines, Swayzak, Immortal Technique, Blood Brothers, Sterophonics, Miss Kitten, Dresden Dolls, British Sea Power, Junkie XL, Roni Size, the Faint, Snow Patrol... and (for me at least) the piece-de-resistance... GANG OF FOUR! Wholly crap, the last time I saw them was with Public Enemy and Sisters Of Mercy!!
I think we're gonna be roughing it again this year... I can call it our one year anniversary or some crap to 'make it special', hehehe! | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
