If these are true, this is a huge blow for the tag and women's division, tonight will be an interesting Raw. | Promote this thread! | | The Vile1

In fact, there really is little of either to speak of. The amount of times we have seen Trish/Lita lately is symbolic of that. | A Fan

Getting rid of the women right now becomes a bigger mistake, because they have to rebuild Victoria/Trish and found a way to get the tag belts off of Eugene/Regal as well. | Mayhem

| #4 Posted on 10.1.05 1339.01 Reposted on: 10.1.12 1339.01 | If in fact Eugene is legitimately injured, I'd look for a "New Year's Resolution Rematch" on RAW tonight. Maybe the heels beat down Eugene before hand, forcing Regal to defend the titles in a handicap match.
But I'd hate knowing that Christian's name would be in the record books with Tyson Tomko as holding the tag titles together.
As for the Women's division, I'm still bitter about the release of Gail Kim, so I don't care. Maybe that could plug Bimbo #47 into the title mix. | sentonBOMB

I guess the women's division goes bye-bye until Lita heals up -- either that, or we get treated to a Stacey/Trish feud. | GRL

This just goes to show how dangerous pro wrestling really is. Eugene goes for a seemingly simple dropkick, and look what happens. | nitrokiller

After some Googling, it looks as though a dislocated patella takes at least six weeks to recover from. As for the sprained knee, I think I heard J.R. say that she injured her ACL and would be out for months, which might happen if she requires surgery. | NewsBruin

Australian Rules footballers who do Arterial Cruciate Ligaments have been out for up to a year , some have come back after 6 months. Depends on the work load and fitness base required by wrestlers , but I would assume minimum 3-4 months

I thought Victoria worked with a sprained ACL in 2003-2004. She had that knee brace on for a long time. | thecubsfan

There's differing levels of ACL tears, and I believe it's something you can (painfully) work around at some levels, but not always; I remember Jazz being out for a long time due to same injury. It depends on how severe the injury is. | JoshMann

Or possibly longer, since I'm not 100% sure exactly when he had the surgery for it. But he did in fact work with the bad knee for a while. | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
