Powell already has a book deal ready to go and according to some rumors, its not going to paint the cabinet in a pretty picture. However, he is suppossed to show President Bush II in a good light.
This actually works in Bush's favor, because it allows the lightening rod figures like Ashcroft, who wants to get rid of Judical Review before the end, and Ridge, who made Pa. and Homeland a joke in his terms, a way out. It helps create the image that he is reaching out the American people who voted against him, because those evil people are gone. In all actuallity they are leaving for other reasons and Bush will put in more like minded individuals who are going to be even worse.
