The bottom six for each conference is not in any order, other than record, then conference record. Doing detailed tie-breakers at this point in the season would be silly.
I have added how many games back the bottom 10 teams are from the last wild card slot.

The Lions beat the Packers, so the Pac are eliminated.
Tie-breaker #2 is best winning % in the conference.
The Rams 4-2 beats the Lions 3-4

Plus according to NFL.com, when there are three teams tied and two of those teams share a division, you do the division tiebreaker to pare those teams down to one before you start breaking ties among teams who don't share the same division. In other words...
