The 5 Times Club (w/a pre-fame Conan O'Brien appearance!!) Jew, Not a Jew Big Outtakes Wayne's (World w/Aerosmith) Socially Inept Guys Mr. Short-Term Memory Sabra Price Is Right (w/Robert Smigel doing an early vesion of Triumph's accent!!) Observational Comics (w/ a rare Damon Wayans appearance)
Classics, and a few new surprises to boot.
The biggest omission in my opinion was the White Gut rap with Jim Belushi, but the SNL braintrust seems to ignore that brilliant season | Promote this thread! | | Roy.

If I'm not mistaken, Belushi's run was from 83-85, when Lorne Michaels had absolutely nothing to do with the show (from 80 to 85, I think, he wasn't with the show). I rarely, if ever, see those episodes rerun on E!, and they weren't ever rerun on Comedy Central, either. I'm not sure Lorne has the rights to them, and if he does, maybe he just wants to forget about them. The only exception that I've seen is the "Best of Eddie Murphy" DVDs and special, and I think that's just because you can't ignore Eddie Murphy.
I love watching the old episodes with Smigel, if only because you know that 9 times out of 10, he's doing the Triumph voice. He also did the early Triumph accent in the "Hub's Gyro's" skit (skits?) that took place in the Greek restaurant (you like-a da juice?).

I was disappointed there was no "Brocktoon"/Mr. Belvedere Fan Club skit, one of the most bizarre skits that my friends and I love. | Super Shane Spear

However, they are run a few hours later on your local NBC channel. The 1984 George Carlin episode was on this week. | The Thrill
