Personally, I like AMW. They work well in tags - nothing special, but better than the teams they've been throwing together in WWE lately.
They're also nice lookin', and would bring in alot of young (and not so young) female fans. They're bigger than the Hardyz, and don't resort to the "stuffin" that Orton has to. - cut -

"Stuffin"?

I probably don't want to know, but what do you mean?

    MISTAKE!
...and allow me to disagree. In my eyes, Sting and Flair had an amazing history, no doubt about it...their feuds **MADE** NWA and WCW...but let's leave it there. Last thing we need is to rehash another old WCW feud or angle. Their history came to a head with an embrace at the last Nitro show; let's leave it there.

Let's face it. Most of the superstars Vince acquired in the wake of the implosion of WCW were mishandled by Vince. He's proven that he is too concerned with making sure his product looks superior to WCW. You can see it in the way he made Booker T look weak, or the nWo look weak, for two examples.

If there's one thing WCW did right, it was in how they made new signings from the WWF look so powerful. Take for example Hall and Nash. Hogan. Bret Hart. That can energize the entire product.

But when you take the nWo and have them get squashed and embarrased in a couple weeks after their WWE debut, you lose that opportunity. Its gone forever.

The bottom line is I think Vince McMahon is terribly overrated as a promoter. He does not know how to run his product. Hogan and then Austin made Vince, not the other way around.

If I were Sting, I would look at Vince's track record of poor treatment of ex-WCW stars, and decline to sign with him. There's no need to tarnish Sting's mystique to make Vince happy.

I agree with everyone BUT Bret and Hogan. For the most part, WCW had no idea what to do with him. Sure, he won the US, tag, and world titles...but for the most part, what was he doing there? In that, did he really re-energize the product?

Hulk Hogan probab;y didn't make a HUGE impact until he joined the nWo, I think.

But for the Outsiders...their contributions to WCW when they were signed, that was undeniable.

..or for that matter, the Four Horsemen's image. When I read in the rumour pages of a Four Horsemen group (with that very name) in WWE, I started to worry....that ended up being named EVOLUTION...but still, look at the history! Keep it in NWA and WCW.

Alot could be said about the above, but you're comparing two different things. You're looking at what WCW did with hot WWF acts during the middle of the wrestling war, and what Vince did with dead or life supported WCW acts after WCW went under. The situations are complete opposites. There's no question about how things like the nWo or even Goldberg didn't work out, but when the wrestling war was going on, even lame acts like Jeff Jarrett got pushed by Vince when he came back from WCW. X-Pac jumping back was big for Raw at the time, he wasn't buried because he'd been with WCW.

I have the feeling she is talking about the sizes of their "packages," and the fact that she assumes that Randy Orton stuffs some tissues or something down there to look bigger.
