I will be attending a charitable benefit for an inner city youth arts charity. With the theme being "Trashtastic", it's only fitting that my beloved and I will be going as Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.
She will be Britney, but only because she has a slightly better ass than I do. With luck, there will be decnt pics of this. | Promote this thread! | | The Goon

A quick trip to Value Village, and presto...I'm a vampire. Weak, but that's the way the cookie crumbles. It should be interesting trying to apply makeup for the first time in my life later today. | Ryan_A

We don't dress up (we're poor and not horribly creative), but last year we went to a local theater for midnight showings of Dead Alive/Braindead and Suspiria on consecutive weekends. The theater's showing The Fly (Cronenberg, not Neumann) tonight, so instead of seeing that, it's a Dario Argento marathon on IFC, and we're staying in for that. Dinner and/or beverages will probably be served as well.

The only downside of those sorts of things is that you never want to do anything that will make the next work day REALLY awkward. I have learned this lesson and avoided it this time. Tonight is a low key gathering, and I likely will just wear the robes of the costume for tonight. I went as:

Kim is dressed as a Brownie...or is it a girl guide? I don't remember. The weird thing about her costume is that it's her uniform from when she was 12 years old...and she still fits in it at 37. | GRL
