I don't want to see any more Thursday at 6:30 am games. Saturday at 11 pm wasn't so bad, though.
Webber looked good when he was in there but I just don't know if the knee's going to hold out or not...unless, of course, he's just skipping practices because he doesn't like to practice. (That usually isn't something you hope for!)
Kevin Martin started both games and looked like he belonged out there, which is about all I could expect.
At least with Bobby making the catch-inbound-and-shoot-with-1-on-the-shot-clock - oh, by the way, when it's four scrubs and Bobby Jackson on the floor with 1 on the shot clock, you MIGHT want to tailor your inbound pass coverage - it wasn't a TOTAL loss to sit through both games and be totally disappointed when they lost BOTH. I'll take 1-1 against Team Yao in Shanghai and Beijing.
Bill Walton sure loved China. I think he must be part Communist.
If I had to make a wholly uneducated guess, I'd say the 12th spot will go to Bluthenthal. I like Liu Wei a lot, but think the China trip will be the high point of this year for him - don't think he'll make the team.

The thing that stuck out for me (besides how awesome Yao played) was the end of the second game Yao got on the mic and the whole stadium was expecting a huge speech and he spoke for like 15 seconds tops, I thought this was very funny. Intense Yao with determined T-Mac I think the sky's the limit.
As far as the Kings man do I think the window has closed with a huge thud on this team. Its not that there that much different then the past few seasons its just Webber has become a total shell of his self.
CRZ I totally agree about Walton you would think he wanted to move there the way he was talking.

I thought it was funny when they showed Walton on his bike in the middle of what looked like a "traffic-jam" of other bicyclists looking totally uncomfortable, wobbling, constantly whipping his head back & forth trying not to hit anyone else around him, then he suddenly turns unto Mr. Smooth, looks at the camera, smiles like he's having the time of his life, and rides off.
Also, did anyone catch McGrady's post-game interview (I forget which game it was) where he told the interviewer how great it felt to finaly play for a "real team"? Ouch (not that I disgaree, mind you).
