O'Reilly Hit With Sex Harass Suit
Female Fox coworker details lewd behavior of cable TV star
OCTOBER 13--Hours after Bill O'Reilly accused her of a multimillion dollar shakedown attempt, a female Fox News producer fired back at the TV star today, filing a lawsuit claiming that he subjected her to repeated instances of sexual harassment and spoke often, and explicitly, to her about phone sex, vibrators, threesomes, masturbation, the loss of his virginity, and sexual fantasies. Below you'll find a copy of Andrea Mackris's complaint, an incredible page-turner that quotes O'Reilly, 55, on all sorts of lewd matters. Based on the extensive quotations cited in the complaint, it appears a safe bet that Mackris, 33, recorded some of O'Reilly's more steamy soliloquies. For example, we direct you to his Caribbean shower fantasies. While we suggest reading the entire document, TSG will point you to interesting sections on a Thailand sex show, Al Franken, and the climax of one August 2004 phone conversation. (22 pages)

What an odd read. Either the man is a total paranoid scumbag, or the woman's got a good imagination.

What great timing, too.

(image removed)

Bill O'Reilly, a former schoolteacher, now an award-winning broadcast news journalist, husband, and father of two, joins forces with an experienced educator to bring you, America's youth, a code of ethics by which to live. In this latest book, Bill takes to task bullies, cheaters, advertisers who target you irresponsibly, and parents who fight for their children to win undeserved honors instead of earning them on their own merit.

He lays bare the unvarnished truths about sex, money, smoking, drugs, alcohol, and friends. What he has to say about these issues may very well surprise you. He offers coping devices for those enduring a divorce, struggling with teacher, parent, or sibling relationships, and planning their futures. He also shares wisdom on such subjects as death, politics, and God.

After reading the whole thing, I think if the woman's got tapes of him being dirty, he's in a whole bunch of crap. I mean isn't a sex scandal the best way to screw yourself (hah!), especially in conservative circles? Yes, yes, I know, he's "independent", but a lot of people don't see it that way, and being a morals crusader/sexual harasser doesn't always work out.

I can actually stomach O'Reilly most of the time, if only because he seems sincere most of the time, and isn't mean-spirited or controversial just for the hell of it (see: Rush, Coulter, etc..).

I should have said I can stand him lately. I haven't seen a lot of the 9/11 stuff on there as of late, and I'm not a fan, but he's got good guests sometimes and some good info. Plus, I like to see what outrage is going to be posted here the next day.

Though he did come off as very funny and likeable on the Daily Show last week.

Wouldn't you come off likeable if you knew that someone had allegations of sexual harrassment against you?

I agree that he was good on TDS, but if these allegations are true, it sounds like he was clipping his own mic, if you know what I mean.

So if his conduct was so offensive, why did she want to go back and work for him after leaving CNN?

NOt only that, why not just hang up on him, refuse his invites to dinner, and stay at CNN?

Just curious.

Oh I don't think her case really holds up that well. I think she's just looking for a quick settlement deal.

Now that I think about it, if you assume that what she's claiming is the truth, perhaps she came up with this plan when her CNN gig fell apart. She knows that he makes crude phone calls, which she could either extort or sue him over. So she returns to work with him and starts recording the calls. Pretty crafty.

I don't know, this is pretty detailed. And a lot of this stuff SOUNDS like things he would say.

I am holding off judgement, but things look BAD. If there are tapes, he is over and done with. And he should be.

Is it wrong to say I find this whole thing really funny?

If she made this up, she did a great job of it. The only thing missing is a "spin" reference.

Oh, he'd be spinning something alright.

Too bad I don't get Air America, because I bet they, especially Franken, will have a field day with this.

Has Howard Stern ever had a beef with O'Reilly? If so, chalk up another jock against him that should have another field day with him.

Howard's not going to have as much fun with it as he could, if only because there's no way he can read the transcripts or describe what happened on the air without getting in trouble.

Howard did adress the issue this morning, and I thought he went very easy on him. Pointing out that O'Reilly's people have demanded the tapes be produced. Either showing that they don't think there are tapes and are going to turn this into a he said she said, or that they think the tapes will prove O'Reilly's inocence.

He seemed to play up the inocent until proven card, a rarity in this country.

O'Reilly was on "Regis & Kelly" this morning talking about how this is the worst day of his life.
He never claimed he was innocent, and seemed to have more of a problem with the dollar amount of the lawsuit. He admitted he runs his mouth on the air and off.
I'm not a regular viewer, but the guy seems quite full of himself.
