Hey everyone,

This is the first post I have done in a while...it's nice to be back. Anyway aside from my desire to comment on the new Muslim WWE character...I think I'll re-wet my W-Feet on a safe issue.

The Wolverine: The End comic has been out for a while and I am sure that it has concluded by now. I bought the first 2 issues and was very excited to just read and enjoy them. Alas, due to Marvel's pulling back of release dates, like they did with ORIGIN, I lost touch with the comic book and lost that enthusiasm. Except with Origin, I clawed and scratched to get every comic when it came out.

Did anyone else read Wolverine: The End? And if so, what did you guys think of it and how did it all pan out? I really have lost interest in buying the comics and I can never find a good summary page online, so if you could help it'd be appreciated Spoilers would be welcomed haha. Thanks and later, Ws.

Actually, the series still has at least one issue to go, I believe. In reality, it's been a huge disappointment so far. Aside from Sabretooth's death in the first issue, the rest has focused on Logan's quest to find his brother, who may be a Las Vegas crime boss or may be connected to Weapon X, with similar mutations. Like I said, it's been really confusing to follow, especially since it rarely comes out. I loved Origin, and in general am a fan of writer Paul Jenkins's work on Spectacular Spider-Man, but this is not living up to it's legacy at all.

If you are interested, there's also an X-Men: The End 16-issue mini-series currently on the stands as well. This one is written by Chris Claremont, and has actually been enjoyable for the most part through the first three issues.

Bottom line, all of Marvel's "The End" series should merely be looked at as "potential alternate futures" and not as cannon. It's just an excuse to get you to empty your pockets further...not that there's anything wrong with that!
