I have been having some wireless problems getting my PS2 to use the network adapter. I have all Linksys products, and the computers using the wireless adapters both work fine, and get good reception. I have had all sorts of problems getting the PS2 to work online. At one time, for a month or so, it worked fine, but I haven't had any success getting it working again with the wireless game adapter. I also don't have the network secured at his point, because I didn't want to mess up the PS2 when it was working. Does anyone know of any good services to help out with problems like this? I have tried calling Linksys, but they blame the PS2. Sony blames the game adapter. I need someone who can hook up all the components and not blame another company. Has anyone ever tried the Geek Squad from Best Buy? I know there are some knowledgeable people on this board, and I appreciate the help. BTW, we have Comcast cable internet, and it works great.

Call your cable company and ask if they recommend someone in a "Pay for support" model. If you are in luck, not only will they recommend someone who knows how to work with their setup, but you may get a promo rate from the referral.

Some cable modem providers offer in house support with third party products for a fee. Comcast may have this available.
