I really loved that cover. This one can't even compare to it IMO... I think mostly because the RR artwork had a direction & focus. A bunch of wrestlers walking down an alley ready for a battle.
This one has none of that, the drawings are okay but the placement is all over the place with no real rhyme or reason. Some are doing moves, some are posing and facing all different directions... I also think the Undertaker looks more like Rhyno and Batista drawing made me laugh, just this little thing added at the bottom.

Probably not Turner. Turner's characters are usually drawn too frail or exaggerated. Turner's faces are usually the same, with pointy eyebrows.
I'd say it's closer to Bryan Hitch (Ultimates and JLA, circa 2000) or Kevin MacGuire (Justice League circa 1987 and the recent "Formerly Known as the Justice League"). Hitch has shown a knack for drawing distinctive faces. But the smirks of Randy Orton and Eddie G look like Kevin MacGuire's trademarks.
