I just wanted to say that the new musical theme CNN has picked for their "round the clock coverage" (which almost blew out Capital Gang AGAIN) has got to be the most GAWD-AWWWWWWWWFUL PIECE OF CRAP I've heard in a long while. I don't say this often, but *I* could compose something more urgent and compelling (if indeed that's what they were attempting to portray). Part of me even wonders if it's just being played back at the wrong speed or something. | Promote this thread! | | Super Shane Spear

"Do you think you are safe in your home?" "Well I sure the fuck hope so, because once the house leaves I'm pretty screwed."
In addition, I also like how CNN got lazy and picked an affiliate that also happened to be sneaking to another borrowed on-site report. Layers baby.

Now every time I see some poor schmuck in a poncho yelling into the mic while the wind and rain slap him/her around, that's what I think of. | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
