Nice little bout between Corrales and Freitas. "Popo" tried to be Floyd II and kept it up for the first half of the fight (I had him winning rounds 1-4 and round 6), but he couldn't sustain it and gets KOed. I actually think all of the points he lost between the knockdowns and the silly point deduction for losing his mouthpiece AND how clearly exhausted he was led him to give it up. I'd think he'd have a different strategy (or some different training) in a rematch.

Re: Mike Tyson. He was KILLING Williams before his knee went out, and I think he'd win that fight 99 times out of 100 without the knee injury. Great body punching, the best I've seen Tyson look in a LONG time. And what guts to keep fighting through it, although he looked like he could've continued after the knockdown if he REALLY wanted to.

I take my hand off to him for fighting three rounds with his knee messed up. I hope he comes back like he did for this fight and doesn't fade off into Bolivian.

I agree that Mike was winning, but he really looked winded to me. I think he needs to work on his conditioning, or something, because Williams was not going down, and Mike was using up all of his energy on some of those punches. The knee thing didn't help at all, but I really thought that Williams was fighting like a champ, even though I was questioning his strategy to go inside and blow to blow with Tyson.
