Originally posted by Lafayette I like this Corsi guy. He's simply using his free speech to trash John Kerry.
Reminds me of some fat guy that just made a hundred mill shilling crap to leftist true believers about Bush.
What's the diff?
/Buying the book.
Fan-tastic. Just don't try to sell it as non-partisan.
Stop looking for racists under the bed.
I interpret that comment as "John Kerry's a waffler! He can't decide if he's Christian or Jewish!"
That's a possibility, too. Reading it with the rest of his comments on Muslims and Catholics still tends to make me lean the other way. | Net Hack Slasher

I think, when he came home from Viet Nam, he wanted to bring them home, out of harms way. He knew what was going on over there, and he knew he what was going on at home, and he acted according to his conscince. And I think he cares for the men and women in Iraq right now, who face the same things now and 30 years from now, fighting a war that is sure to be seen in hindsight as a mistake, the result of mistaken information, and a mistake to continue once the reality of that information came to light.
I agree with this statement totally, I don't understand the notion that he portrayed anyone. He went there, but his life on the line, did his duty. Saw first hand the horror of war. When he came back home noticed there was a lot of wrong doing and lies going on in Vietnam.
I do wonder if a solider today comes home and feels angry and betrayed that the President who ordered him and his fellow men and women to war with words of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Saddam/911 connection (as majority of soldiers believed that, watch and earlier report and you see them painting on their jet bombs)... If he comes home and criticizes the president because he saw his countrymen die for a cause/connection that doesn't exist. And if he says so will the same people who throw a catchphrase "Support to Troops" would listen to him or will they vilify him as a un-American trader sissy who's time in Iraq was over-rated like they are questioning Kerry. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
