Another blow away show. I'm going to to try to remember everything I saw last night as the first post in the other thread I did took me an hour... :-)
Ingrid is back and still very solid in her performance. She's really bringing a grounding influence to the cast. When Eleanor wanted to have a moment of silence for Everett and Tim started up about "it's just a frog!", Ingrid put him right back in line.
Bryce strikes again and the foreshadowing to what Bryce is going to do when he finds out about the frog is great. The teaser that aired before the show went off didn't actually show him, but we got him yelling "No!" in a very echoing voice, where the teaser afterwards showed him actually doing it.
I'd heard about the Real Dolls before, but man, those things are creepy. Tim mentioning that it felt kind of slimy reaffirms that. Cammy performed like a champ in this one. I thought she was played out a week or two ago, but she came through here. That she couldn't lift the female doll (and trying to not laugh) was just icing on the cake.
Something that has been mentioned on the official blog a couple times was Derek's reactions to some of the games. We can see him seriously paying attention to things like Cammy and the dolls, but apparently during the filming he was doing some stuff off camera that didn't make it past the censors. Hopefully the DVD will show some of this lost footage...
But the star this week was Eleanor even before the eviction ceremony. She was hitting on all cylinders and I almost had a stand-up-and-cheer moment when she told Austin off. All the suitors were grinning ear-to-ear at that point. That, and all I'd like to add was at that ceremony, Eleanor shot past all the other women on the attractiveness scale. Going that extra edge to have her looking disheveled up to that point and then making her up that well fit right in with her new attitude. Big thumbs up!

Echo the thoughts on Eleanor stealing the show.
I also loved the play-by-play commentary with TJ and Gerrald. They have Tim totally convinced they are on the up and up, they've shared with him they think the games are a joke, let's just have some fun with it.
I don't think Tim's ultimate response will be as dramatic as Matt's - Matt seemed overwhelmed, Tim will probably just say "Good One", this has all been fun.
Amanda has to sit through the pearl necklace ceremony when she is likely drunk, and may be thinking that she wants nothing to do with Austin, after he's such a schmuck to Eleanor.

Eleanor was totally the MVP of the show, then again she's been the MVP of the women actress side all season. Her uncomfortable dialog with the dolls was awesome. Just to be surpassed by her freakout emotional breakdown when Austin picked Amanda to have alone time instead of her, add to that he thought her "coupon book" was to share with the other girls! Austin is really getting dumber by the episode LoL... I was sad to see Eleanor go (the producers have such a fascination with Cammy blah) but she made a great rant against Austin. The 3 remaining women who "won" the Necklace were made to look like such losers after Eleanor left accepting the gift from the unwanted man.
The show really had a good turn this week after a couple of mediocre shows. I enjoyed TJ and Gerald analysis of the doll dates especially Gerald who's Canadiana can't be hidden with the Don Cherry like "They(actors) worked hard and weren't afraid to go to the corners" LoL... And yes Ingrid came back and that's a good thing. Once again making Austin look like a total idiot by not clicking in his head the possibility of two grandfathers. I did find it interesting Amanda spoke up for Ingrid about the situation and her willingness to show Austin's stupidity.
The only thing I didn't like on the show was the Piper and Austin were a couple for 5 years swerve. It felt really tact on and forced, I just didn't buy it. The only thing I enjoyed out of this was during the double date with Tim and Amanda as the Schmo's were claiming "There's no drama.. I don't feel any drama.. There's no drama"... I'm guessing the former coupling will have something to do with the same actors playing both their parents. But overall a very good show last week, can't wait for the return of Bryce

OMG. That fake smile made me soooooooooooooo uncomfortable as a viewer. I've been in that situation before where the only thing you could do is just put on a smile and say everything is cool and it still looks fake when you do it...
