I had it pegged as a hoax/publicity stunt of some sort, but I didn't expect everybody to reveal it before it even went on the air. I'm not sure what happened to make Sci-Fi reveal it as a hoax, but I guess some suits somewhere were scared of the reaction it might get.

It was a fun movie, although throughout I kept on thinking, if M. Night didn't want this to air, it wouldn't be on. He'd have tied it up with lawsuits.
