"As part of a 10-K report filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company revealed that as of May 2004 its licensing agreement with the Major League Baseball Players' Association had ended due to late payment of royalties. Also, In June 2004, we received notification from Classic Media, Inc. the licensor of the intellectual property Turok, that due to failure to make certain royalty payments relating to the videogame title Turok: Evolution that our license agreement with Classic was terminated."
A horrible BMX XXX, then the Olsen twins sue them, and now this?
All Star Baseball was a pretty good game too. The Turok games on the other hand most recently blew chunks. Another game company bites the dust? I mean I doubt Showdown:LOW will make any money becuase of the sh*tty controls, and boring career mode. They had to shell out a lot for the rights to all those wrestlers. No way are they making the money back.
