The way they edited it, I wasn't sure that Gulman won, let alone by the 73% margin that he did win by. | Promote this thread! | | meatcurtains

Potentially, Ant could have made it down to the last few just by avoiding challenges...which would have sucked.
Frankly, I thought the audience received him better, but I was pleasantly surprised to see Gary win.
Finally, during the voting they did a close up on an audience member. I'm not an expert lip reader, but did it seem like he was saying "I didn't like either of them"?
As far as the roast goes, I was happy to see Alonzo win, and I thought Heffernon did a good job too. It'd be interesting to see everyone's rankings on the 1-10 scale. | SKLOKAZOID

| #4 Posted on 7.7.04 1227.28 Reposted on: 7.7.11 1229.01 | The best part was how they built up Gary as the sympathetic underdog getting revenge for Todd Glass being voted off last week, and using shots of Todd being a total asshole to build it up. Of course, Ant looked like devil incarnate in this episode with his whole "I'm so smart, because I'm gay!" schtick and him being a manipulative bastard.
Ant did redeem himself somewhat by calling Gary out, thus giving Gary the chance to take him out. So, at least he goes out with some dignity. Then, of course, they ended with that "Ha Ha! I'm not the real puppetmaster!" thing from Ant. He obviously means Tammy, the head of the comic mafia, who is going to have to cut up one of the roommates and scatter their body parts all over at some point to win. | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
