Pnly one more month and Smackdown will get a big boost. I saw this reported at pwtorch.com. So we shouldn't have to suffer through another Smackdown PPV wthout at least one of those two on it. Yes. There have been calls for Scott F'n Steiner to save SmackDown. It is THAT bad. | darkmatcher

Amazes me as well, but its quite true. I'm not necessarily a holder of that sentiment, but I will concede that he honestly can't be any worse than friggin' Justin Hawk. Then again, I can't think of anything that could be right now.
I hope Angle is able to hold up well, for SD's and our sake and especially for his.

Instead of having Mordecai job out of the WWE by jobbing to Rey (it's reported he is being reassigned to OVW immeadiatley), they should have had Big Show sqaush him as his return match. Plus, Show actually WAS one of the more entertaining performers on the show and has been for about the past year, excluding that time when Eddie sprayed him with sewage. | Mayhem

As for Angle, the company could do worse than Angle-Eddie II for Summerslam. Eddie needs to get a match that fans are excited about. | TL_Hopper

| #14 Posted on 3.7.04 1322.43 Reposted on: 3.7.11 1322.52 | You would think that Angle and Show would feud with each other, so perhaps Show is turning face. Big, goofy, fun-loving Big Show is always entertaining, though there's only so much you can do with a face that looks like a natural heel.
My dream scenario would be to have an Eddie/Undertaker/JBL threeway at Summerslam, with Eddie regaining the belt after pinning Bradshaw. This then gets off a feud between Eddie and Undertaker, who wrestle on the next two Smackdown PPVs and culminating in the blowoff match at Survivor Series with Eddie getting the win and getting the huge rub that comes with beating the Undertaker cleanly (well, perhaps with a bit of lying, cheating and stealing in there). | El Nino

Nothing against JBL, I'm digging his stuff, but I'd love to see the same sense of humour the Big Show showed when he was on SNL way back when.
How would Show be booked upon his return? What was his program prior to his injury leave? Would we see him switch to RAW, much like how Edge returned after his neck surgury? | Spaceman Spiff

He was feuding with Cena over the US Title belt, with Cena ripping into him about he hadn't made a title defense in months, then taking the belt off him in the super-hot opener at WMXX. I was thinking of a continuation of that feud, as Cena and Show were able to tell an impressive story and the feud had good heat, but now that they're moving Booker into a title feud vs. Cena, I think that they'll inject the Big Show as a upper-midcard/Main-event heel that SD! so desperately needs. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
