Reposted on: 22.6.11 0452.40 | Saw this movie today, and was quite pleasantly suprised. The commercials make it seem like far less than it actually is. Pretty good send up of the entire Jesus loving scene that is prevelent amongst the "true believers" set. However the movie isnt at all what it looks like from the previews. I dont know how to do the spoilers tags, so I wont bother with them, but, the movie is funny and worth catching.
McCauly Culkin stole the show for me, he was funny as hell, without seeming like he was TRYING to be funny.
And Mandy Moore may be the hottest chick with crooked teeth ever. Plus she played her part fantasticly.
Near the end, you sorta know where the story is going, but, in getting there, you are entertained throughout.
