Charlotte sends the #4 pick in the draft, and its second-round selection (#33) to the Clippers in exchange for the #2 pick. The Bobcats also agreed to select Peja Drobnjak (who is my man in NBA Live 2004, by the way-- he's even on my customized Bobcats team) in the expansion draft.
So Charlotte is guaranteed to either get Emeka Okafor or Dwight Howard. Wow.
