Great episode. Glad to see that Tavon woke up, but I can't imagine that him remembering what happened will be good for anybody.

The scenes with Vic and his wife and the kids are very uncomfortable to me. For some reason, I can deal with the feet being cut off and the burnt bodies, but the fact that Vic has two disabled kids just breaks my heart. It's probably why I continue to pimp this show as the best on TV.

Next week looks to be a good episode, as well, with the crazy Armenian from a long time ago (season 1?) coming back into the picture. I always hoped that guy would return, and it looks like he's going to.

Lem is clearly on the way to breaking. He was the last one on board the Money Train heist & it's starting to look more & more like he's gonna be the first one off. I have a feeling the Strike Team may be short a member or two by next season...

I agree with you Roy about the stuff with Vic's family. Although, while that stuff is more difficult that the feet-less bodies, it was not the worst thing on the show last night. Listening to that pedophile "filmmaker" during the sting operation just made me physically ill!!

It was also good to see the decoy squad back.

CCH Pounder is so underrated in her role ... she amazes me each week with her performance.

That is absolutely true. I remember her standing out when she was on ER for about 6 minutes (cumulative). There is so much great acting on this show, though it looks like Benito Martinez is taking a back seat to everyone else now that his storyline is over (oh well).

I hope Lem does come back next season. It's bad enough I have to deal with losing Tony and Michelle on 24, I don't think I want to see the Strike Team get all broken up too :-( By the way, I recently read that Kenneth Johnson actually read for the part of Terry Crowley, but Shawn Ryan was so impressed by him that they created the regular role of Lem just for him!

And I can't believe Corinne's actually starting to think about putting poor Matthew in a home. You guys are absolutely right, Vic's home situation is totally heartbreaking (and well written/acted).

I don't know why but maybe deep down I am a male chauvinistic pig. But ever since that week when I saw Corrine and Carmella sleep with other men, I can't stand them anymore. Even though both had husbands who did much worse. Weird.

I'm thinking we'll see one of the Strike Team guys killed by the end of this season. (Personally, I think it might be Ronnie since he's been caught in the middle of everything so far) In any case, Claudette will become Captain and need to replace the member. I'm starting to think that we may see Trish from the Decoy Squad as a possible replacement. She's had a lot of screen time this season, and she and Claudette seemed to bond in this past episode. It might help her keep tabs on Vic's doings with someone she trusts in the group.

Just speculation at this point. I guess it all depends if/when Tavon recovers.
