a free one year subscription to Electronic Gaming Monthly. Being the good sucker I am I signed up for it. Nothing happened, no magazine, no new junk mail, just nothing.
Anyways, that brings us to todays mail. My very first issue of EGM complete with bill for $96.00! Okay I'm angry now so i try to call customer service. No such luck finding a number to call on the bill. Strange, I thought. No one sends bills without a number to contact a billing department. So i traverse through EGM's messy website for about 10 minutes before finding a customer service number. I call CS only to find out that i have no active subscription to EGM, no billing information. Nothing period. But I still have the magazine, and the send payment address checks out as being real.
Has this happened to anyone else here? Does anyone know what i can do to fix this? | Promote this thread! |             | CRZ
