We all know a 12 seed takes out at least one 5 seed in the first round. I see Sideshow Mel upsetting the Bumblebee Man.
Most intriguing first round matchup: Prof. Frink (6) vs. Comic Book Guy (11)
Marge should be the first 1 seed to lose, falling to Cletus in the round of 16.
Ralph Wiggum as the 6 seed should make his way to the Elite Eight.
Frank Grimes and Disco Stu get absolutely "Gonzagaed" with those 16 seeds.
Lisa gets a 2 seed behind Mr. Burns...interesting.

| #7 Posted on 20.3.02 0502.50 Reposted on: 20.3.09 0504.14 | I had to be talked into giving Marge a number one seed. I had Sideshow Bob as the fourth #1, but everyone accused me of extreme bias.
And, like the real committee, some people got seeds they didn't deserve in order to create amusing or interesting match-ups. For example, Comic Book Guy is probably too low, but we thought the match-up with Frink would be funny.

And not to burst YOUR bubble, but -- horror of horrors -- the idea is done EVERY YEAR by the NCAA with basketball, and by countless others by applying other pop culture properties to the tournament format.

Nope. After I distributed a number of copies of the bracket, some of my co-workers have already filled out their choices for round one, and they want to know how it will be decided. :) | BigDaddyLoco

I can tell you he was on the bracket at one point. I think what happened it that he got moved when a better idea came up and then we forgot to put him back in.
I believe originally he was going to fight Skinner, but then thought that a) Chalmers is a better opponent and low seded and b) Willie should be higher.
Maybe he'll do a run-in, once we desire if there will be actual contests.
