Huh. I wouldn't be surprised if the Pistons sweep the Pacers.
I enjoy the Detroit hate here, though. It's makes it that much sweeter whenever the Pistons win. I don't really see the difference between when the teams played in April (when the Pistons won by 18) and now. Sure, the Pistons beat them at home, but Indiana only plays its first TWO games at home, so a sweep WOULD be surprising to me.

I think the Pacers are going to win too (knocks HARD on wood), but I, too, would be extremely surprised if it ended in four games-- either way. | bradbice

Well, so much for the Pacers sweep and so much for the Pacers in 5. Also, if you took the under for tonight's game, you may want to just flush your money down the crapper. Anyone else got any bold predictions?
I don't mean to rip on people who had the Pacers in a short series, but this series is so unpredictable that for anyone to state what they think is going to happen with so much certainty is ridiculous. Hell, I half expect one of these teams to break 100 in the next game. Who knows? But I KNOW the Lakers are going to win that other series.
Oh, and I'll take 3 boring quarters and an exciting 4th over the Laker-Wolves series where I KNOW who's going to win less than halfway through the fourth quarter. And at least the Pacers and Pistons make their damn free throws. (And that's why they call them FREE!) | Kawshen

Reggie Miller shoots the "Dagger 3". Ron Artest walks up the court the second Reggie shoots it, finger in the air and back to the play, assuming the ball goes in. Yes, Reggie did connect but poor Ron set himself up there. | Reverend J Shaft

I must say w/o a doubt that this was the flat-out best series in this year's playoffs.
This had to be the greatest low-scoring playoff series ever. Even the Knicks/Heat wars they were able to break 80 or 90.
And once again, Ron Artest went insane at the worst possible time.
The Lakers/Pistons series should be sweet as hell if not just for the historical value (1990 NBA Finals).
