| #1 Posted on 11.5.04 0742.06 Reposted on: 11.5.11 0745.23 | Well after Game 1 I thought Tampa was the stronger team but man that was an ass kicking last night. While I wouldn't mind seeing a David vs goliath matchup of Flyers vs Flames, I have a lot of hate for the Flyers and hope the Lightning win. Promote this thread! | | StaggerLee

For the sake of my hockey pool I need San Jose vs Tampa | Dagent913

I also hate the Flyers (I do love TastyKake, though) and really would love to see Tampa Bay win this series (after that, go Flames). | BigVitoMark

| #5 Posted on 11.5.04 1954.40 Reposted on: 11.5.11 1958.43 | Heh...looked to me like the Lightning played right into the Flyers' hands by the end of that game. The last thing they wanna do is turn this into a physical series, especially heading to Philadelphia for the next two games. Their only chance is to try and out-skate the Flyers the way Ottawa did the last two years. If the Flyers continue to lock down Lecavalier and St. Louis, though, that might not be possible in which case things could move along very quickly in the Flyers' favour. | fuelinjected

| #6 Posted on 11.5.04 2141.14 Reposted on: 11.5.11 2141.33 | The Flyers have had a whole range of games in the Playoffs but when they're ON, they look unbeatable. It just seems like it takes a loss or a really pressure packed situation to get them to switch it on this year.
I wouldn't count Tampa out just yet, though. I think Khabibulin will bounce back and steal them Game #3. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
