I don't know if this is the right place to add this to the forum but here goes.

I recently found out that everytime I go to 441mania.com for my wrestling news I leave with 7 new Data Miners(Been Using Adaware since ive noticed my computer is slower).
The pages many popups I can deal with but I hate spyware.

Just thought I would give an FYI.

It's 411mania.com not "441mania.com"

Just thought I would give an FYI.

I ran a clean sweep before visiting 411, and got Data Miner cookies from

advertising
atdmt
centrport
fastclick
gator
servedby.advertising
valueclick

It's the ad banners they choose to have. Part of the package with any site.

Quick and completely unscientfic comparison: ESPN.com

Hunh... maybe it's just me, but I don't get cookies from them. Then again, I do use Mozilla and ad-block like a bitch, so...

I don't know if all browsers allow this, but I use Firefox/bird/Phoenix, and its always fun to set it to ask your permission for each cookie and see just how many cookies each site you visit is trying to set.
