Who knows, if the Titans cut Eddie George, he could be a nice fit there. | Whitebacon

But does Emmitt accept this fact? Dennis Green could make a statement to the vets (and maybe even Cardinal fans) by releasing Emmitt. If he does this, he lets everyone know that no one is sacred.
I, too, though Marcel Shipp showed enough to deserve a good shot at being the main back. | evilwaldo

| #9 Posted on 20.4.04 1501.46 Reposted on: 20.4.11 1503.02 | Well last year the only two teams that were interested were Arizona and Tampa Bay. Tampa got Garner so they don't need him, so it looks like he is in Arizona or nowhere.
And I don't think that any other team will take him over a young back in the draft. | MARTYEWR

| #10 Posted on 21.4.04 2011.13 Reposted on: 21.4.11 2011.18 | I'd stick with Shipp for a couple more years, to see if the rebuilding is a success with him. I'm surprised they're keeping Emmitt around, although he is a good veteran to keep in the locker room. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
