I didn’t like the idea of eliminating half of the four finalists based on interviews. These interviews were conducted by newcomers with little idea of the applicants past performance in previous challenges. They remind me of the efficiency expert hired in Office Space before the downsizing.

They should have at least had George and Carolyn conduct the interviews since they have been there since day one. With these new stooges it is like the first 13 weeks of work don’t count for anything. The best way to determine a winner would be to do this Survivor style. They could have a jury of the 7 next best contestants decide who wins. I’d rather be judged by my peers or my boss instead of these 4 fossils.

Those stooges are the reason I hate interviewing. I hate interviews so much that even when I don’t like my job I stick with it instead of interviewing elsewhere. The worst of these four judges was the old lady. She is a mere secretary (executive assistant), yet she is deciding who should run one of Trump’s companies. This lady reminds me of that crazy juror in the Tyco trial.

Bill is a good guy. But there was nothing outstanding about him. They just kept him because he is tall and looks like a CEO.

Kwame is also a nice guy, but not a leader. He got this far by riding Troy’s coat-tails. He has a quiet hands off style. I’ve not seen any original ideas from him. I am tired of his Harvard MBA being thrown in everyone’s face. No offense to Kwame, but Harvard accepts more tokens than Chucky Cheese.

The second half where they draft people for the final challenge was good. Troy and Amy were the top two picks. They are also the two people who most deserve to win. If this weeks voteoffs had been different and Amy and Nick were in the finals than Troy and Bill would’ve been the top two picks. None of them would’ve picked Kwame in the first two. The main surprise in the draft was that Nick was picked after Katrina and Omerosa. It looks like Trump was right in firing him. Now we’ll see him sulk because he’s not the leader. The Omerosa pick will later come back to hurt Kwame. Omerosa doesn’t like to be bothered with work during her dinner time.

My only comment about the final task is that Jessica Simpson’s dad sure follows her around a lot. I think he should give the Newlyweds some privacy.

Secretary's Day is April 21. Make sure you get her something nice.

That "mere" secretary is the KEY to any company, Jack. She (or he) is the gatekeeper. You want to get to see The Boss? Gotta be on her (or his) good list.

I can only imagine you've never worked in any kind of office environment before.

Those four "fossils" are key members of Trump's inner circle. He picked them to do them interviews because he values thier opinions, their loyalty, and obviously they know what they're doing or Trump wouldn't have so much trust in them.

Amy and Nick deserved to go. Nick is all style and talk with no substance. Amy couldn't give one decent answer in four different interviews.

These are the types of people that someone who runs one of Trump's companies will have to deal with day in and day out. Their opinion matters more then any goofy one day "play business" game.

I think Omerosa is supposed to be screwing up intentionally as a way to test Kwame. Or she's just a huge fucking moron that should be working at McDonalds.

So, I guess you got turned down at the NY Apprentice 2 tryouts, eh?

You ever think that an "executive assistant" that's been there for that long would know Donald Trump pretty well, and that the Donald would trust her judgement?

Bitter, table for one? Since we're labeling here, could you be any whinier because Kristi or Katrina's not in the final two?

A few weeks ago, I was hoping Bill got tossed out, but instead it was my man Troy (did anyone catch him on the Tonight Show last week? He's a funny guy). But now, I could see Bill winning it all.

Amy fell real far, real quick, but she is pretty darn hot.

I really can't believe Omerosa. She's a horrible person in every way. Lazy, mean, and above all else a liar. Does she even realize how badly she's hurting her own chances at jobs in the future?

I don't think Troy should have won, though I can see why people like him from a purely entertaining standpoint. Troy had a lot of crazy ideas (some really STUPID ideas, but at least the capacity for abstract thought). Troy's biggest problem, like Nick, was that he was too much of a salesman and I didn't see much behind that. And Troy's "I'm just a good ol' Southern country boy from Idaho!" schtick got old. I'm really glad Trump didn't buy it when it all came down to whether Troy would stick around.

Bill, to me, has been the clear choice since the first week. He's self-made, successful, doesn't put up with bullshit, yet has been playing the game well the whole time and nobody had realized it. He surrounded himself with the right people (namely Amy), questioned many of the things people did, and defended many of his actions when questioned. This guy knows how to get the job done.

Qualifications aside, Kwame has not impressed me and has been riding Troy's coattails for the last few weeks, which I don't think speaks very positively for Kwame. Troy had some really bad ideas at points and Kwame ran with him instead of being critical when he could have been. Troy and Kwame pretty much are "preaching to the choir" whenever they work together and it hasn't worked out very well. They have only won together when they've had either Amy or Bill on their team.

Let's look at the last time it was 4-on-4 with the same teams: Bill's team slaughtered Kwame's until Bill ended up on Kwame and Troy's side.

Kwame has the loser team, whereas Bill at least has solid employees. Amy pretty much speaks for herself and can do anything. Nick works very well with Bill, not so much with Troy and Kwame, because I think Nick has more respect for straight-forward Bill instead of Troy and Kwame, who always played "cowboy." And Katrina's hot.

Picking Omarosa and Heidi (I know Heidi wasn't "picked") to be on the same team was a bad choice and sticking with Troy out of sheer loyalty was... probably not the best choice, because Kwame just doesn't see that pairing up with buddy leads to a brainless coalition that doesn't have any real opposition when they have a terrible idea.

Bill has to really screw up badly to lose this thing, and it's very possible, but I think he's been the most solid of the men in the game during all 14 weeks. He's The Apprentice.

I think Bill learned the most important Mark Burnett-produced show strategy: stay under the radar, nose to the ground until it counts.

What scares me is this: There's been reports that KFC is offering $25k for one week as Sales CEO to the runner-up. What are the connotations for that if Kwame loses, because if he accepts (if he loses, natch)... Aries Spears could have another biting satire set up on MadTV.

I'm glad to see Nick finally get fired, since that clown should've gone weeks ago. I still can't believe Trump bought into his bullshit and fired Bowie instead of him....if there's anyone that unfairly deserved to go, it was Bowie.

It's definitely Bill's game to lose at this point. Kwame's only chance was if Omarosa ended up on Bill's team, as she's the kiss of death.

My main complaint was that I wanted Amy to win. It shouldn't be overlooked that she won 10 challenges in a row. She was also chosen first by Troy, Bill, and Nick. I didn't think the secretary had a valid reason for rejecting her. It sounded something like, "Amy gets on my nerves with her big smile and perfect teeth." I thought all the secretary did was answer phones and make copies.

It's like in American Idol how they shouldn't vote out anybody based on only one bad week. The voting should be based on the total overall performance. I think the Apprentice should let the public vote...only people could voten in Omerosa just to screw with Trumps company.

I almost tried out for the Apprentice 2, had the papers filled out and the videotape ready, but I just couldn't take time off work this time of year. Hopefully I'll make the cut for #3.

As someone who has worked as an E.S./E.A. before, you are not just the copy bitch. Yes that is true of secretaries/admin. assts. and the low ranks, but to get up to that level, you basically are your bosses extra set of eyes, ears, hands, and brain waves. That's why if you look at ads for Exec. Secretaries for high end firms they are making some very nice bank. I guarantee you that if that person (I don't watch the show, just root for the Chicago guy Bill to win) has been Trump's E.A. for a while, she not only knows about the contestants, but knows Trump and his company better than any SVP that they might have put in her place for the panel.

And the killer thing is that Katrina is one of them. The same one that said she wasn't going to be some type of "pinup girl."

Supposedly, this was done for "free" over the 250K offer of Playboy. Uh huh.

If you bought/saw last Friday's print edition of the NY Post, you would havr seen a half page color shot courtesy of FHM.

Nick - all talk and no substance from the word go - I'm not surprised he got that far at all.

Amy - proved to be an empty suit in the interviews. She has potential but right now is too green.

Kwame - An MBA means something in where your $$$'s start but he is all theory and very little hands on experience - somewhat handcuffed for being unable to unleash his own cobra hand and fire Osama.

Bill - he should win it unless the Donald has a bad round of golf....

I think the screw-ups in the final round are BS that have been planted by Mark Burnett to see how Kwame & Bill respond to adversity - in Osama's case it just goes to prove that she is incompetent.

Troy should have been in the finals - Trump blew that one.
