Reposted on: 9.4.11 0154.04 | I never did a goodbye column so I never explained why I left, which I thought was for the best as I really hate when Internet writers decide they should devote a column to say goodbye. Sure, I'm a hypocrite since I did it twice or so, but whatever.
Basically, my mother and my father both require care during the day, and to add money to the household I started working from 6-12 every night. What an interesting story, huh?
Anyway, since I'm an insecure ass I kept checking the 411 forum to see if anyone mentioned me, a goodbye, an I'll miss you. When I didn't see it there, I didn't think there was a chance that wiener would comment on me. I came home drunk tonight and decided to run one last check and I was honestly touched that some of you remember.
It's fake you know. The whole IWC celebrity thing. The whole "I can write Internet fiction better than anyone on the web" thing. The little "cool" group of Hyatte, Flea and myself. When it boils down to it, I was just another smark with a computer who liked attention and could write a bit.
That said, thank you guys so much for remembering me. For saying goodbye to me. I don't deserve it, I didn't ask for it, and you guys did it anyway. It means more to me than it probably should.
If I ever have time, I'll try to pitch in. But maybe it's time to leave my fake life behind and live my real life. Again, thanks so much.

Seems like a lot of them just run around being complete smartasses, posting mail columns and running message boards so they can lash out at all the STUPID people (read, people with different opinions that don't kiss their ass) instead of actually contributing interesting commentary on their own sites.
