If you have "show new posts only" toggled, this already happens when you click on the thread's name. If you mean I should create a link for people who still have "show all posts" toggled, I think I would urge those people to make a quick edit in their profile. ;-)

How can you read these threads glancing at the comments that started it? I think the only change I might make to my browsing habits is to change #of posts per page. That way I don't have to keep loading new pages.

Most of these inventions only seem useful if you are going to read every thread, and I just can't bring myself to do that. I'm just a thread to thread jumper. A thread may look uninteresting one day, but may catch my attention a day or two later. So I was wondering if there is a way to just make an Mark Thread Read option instead of the whole folder?

Unfortunately, not at this time. Feel free to change your skin to the "ezboard" motif, however!
