What does this provide for us in the terms of safety?
What does it take away from us in the terms of freedoms?
Need it for a bit of research and my fellow political wieners have always been my best resource for info like this. I would do the research myself, but I'm a one cloud brain storm and I need more clouds to get the info I need in the time I need it in.

Don't believe me? Click on my name at the left to get to my profile. Then click on "referrals."
Pretty freaky, no? Anyone else have ol' Tom Ridge checking up on them?

Maybe in some post you put the homeland security website inside the post, thus causing you to get that hit. Either that, or Tom and Co. are helping Z build up the view count. | CRZ

I checked both hits - both from the same IP. The later of the two is one of a series of hits...
From our logs...

211.152.14.91 is in Chinese IP space. Probably just a hacker using an unsecured proxy, with a "funny" browser, automatically setting referrerals no matter what link is hit.
