Anyone in the market?

The Hart Family is selling their legendary Calgary-area house, at the heart of which is the infamous "Dungeon" training room.

My thinking is, without Stu, there is no Dungeon.

Also, some fond memories of very large men screaming and crying, by Bret....

Is it true that the house is officially a national historic site? I seem to remember reading that at one point, but I could see that being made up. If so, that could explain why the thing hasn't sold yet...with such a designation comes a lack of freedom on the part of the owner in terms of what they can do with it.

I believe it was honoured with a sign designating it a historical site by the city of Calgary, not by the government of Canada. I don't think the strict heritage laws apply to local historical sites. There's some more information here:

The article said around 2 million dollars. I'm sure that's in Canadian funds. So, for our neighbours to the south, that's about 1.4 million.
