The pilot, who was the only person on board, ejected before the crash. He was transported to Wake Medical Center and is reportedly in good condition. according to NBC17.com

He then lost control, bounced a couple times and then ejected. Last I heard the RDU Airport was closed for the afternoon. No idea when flights will start again. -Jag
