Figure I'll post this in today's installment of the thread, but I definitely had a "whoa" moment yesterday while looking at the Lunch of the Day thread. I saw the Steak n Cheese Lean Pockets on the screen, and then smelled something funny cooking in my dorm room, and sure enough, the roommate was making Steak n Cheese Lean Pockets.

Obviously, what you can derive from this is that the board controls my life and toys with me on a regular basis. ;-)

Just got a forwarded email from some pals at a place I once worked. Apparently their cafeteria is getting shut down coincident with their next round of layoffs. But, the good news is: they're getting vending machines full of Hot Pockets & Lean Pockets!

I'm not sure how wide spread it is, but my wife picked up some Arizona drinks in a can that are 23 fl. oz. for only fifty cents a can at our local CVS. It can really compliment the bagged lunch, and if you drink them slow enough, your stomach won't hurt too bad.

...and if you drink them slow enough, your stomach won't hurt too bad.

That quote should be the Arizona slogan. Print it on the bottle, on the case, base radio/tv ad campaigns on it (complete with catchy jingle, of course!). Marketing gold.

The words "Lean" and "Philly Cheese Steak" should never be used in the same product.
