| #1 Posted on 6.3.02 1420.20 Reposted on: 6.3.09 1423.03 | It's been mentioned somewhere before, but I have to agree with the fact that the storyline between Flair and Taker is really starting to remind some people of the Piper-Goldust storyline of 6 years ago. I can already see the match between Flair and Taker now:
Ric Flair vs. Undertaker
TORONTO STREET FIGHT
Now, just like Piper vs. Goldust, this match won't start in the ring. It will probably start at like, say, at an alley behind either Planet Hollywood or the Hard Rock Cafe. I can just see Flair arriving on the scene first, with his street clothes on, with either a bat or a lead pipe ready, not to mention a fire extinguisher on the side. Taker shows up from behind and nearly runs down the Nature Boy. Then it's on, as both men take it on top of a nearby vehicle. Then, we recreate probably my favorite part from the Piper-Goldust battle: the chase. Instead of Taker on his motorcycle, he'll probably be driving a hummer, while Flair would be right on his ass in a white Ford Bronco. The only difference between this and six years ago will of course be the fact that women's lingerie is not involved. No winner will be declared (there wasn't a ref in the Piper-Goldust match). And both Flair and Taker can end their careers on a bit of a high note. | Promote this thread! | | MarchOfThePigs

I can't see anyone driving from Planet Hollywood to SkyDome, they're like right next to each other. As far as this scenario goes, I wouldn't mind seeing a street fight as sorts, so long as it takes place in the ring. I'm not a big fan of street matches and such that take place backstage or outside or any other place. | BrewGuy

They're not gonna beat each other all the way down there, then beat each other all the way back. They'd never make it! :) | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
