They should have set up a street fight vs Austin at least, since neither can actually put on a match. It just wouldn't seem right without him being present. Hogan will 100% make an appearance. A run in of some sort if not a match.
How could they have a hall of fame without Hogan in it, think about that.

Another Hogan comeback will just take all of the wind out of WWE sails that are heading in the right direction for the first time in years..
Hogan as a run in would get a pop, he poses, does his thing and leaves. Maybe even a hall of fame presentation of sorts to him in the ring during the ppv.
