Somehow signing Tee may be Indy's only chance at going to the superbowl. Congrats to New England! Great game!

As a rabid hater of Peyton and his alma mater, that really got a chuckle from me. I'm from the Knoxville area and I've been hearing the Manning hype for ten years now.

I laugh out loud at you, Stagger Lee.

Going in I did wonder how The Colts offense who went 8 playoff quarters without the need to punt, let alone falling behind would react playing catchup... The weather really screwed up the Colts offense which resulted in a ton of turnovers.

Playing against an actual defense screwed up the Colts offense. They were never stopped against KC and still barely won, because their own defense did nothing. No defense + playing a good defense = everyone not blinded by stupid QB ratings should have seen this coming.

Tee Martin should get a chance to play in Oakland ... he's a lot better than some of the garbage that there now ... he didn't look terrible when he got a shot on the Monday Night game against Green Bay.

He'd be the second in line. They didn't really get a good look at Marques Tuiasosopo, who got injured in like his second game.

Could be, he's old, coming back from shoulder surgery, and who knows what Sean Payton will want to do at the QB position?

I cannot believe that the man who was responsible for Quincy Carter's performance at QB is now a Head Coach. Move up to Offensive Coordinator? Sure. But why the hell couldn't the Raiders just wait a couple more weeks and pick whichever Patriots Coordinator they like better? Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Unless the Raiders will mend their woeful ways next season, and I end up looking like an ass

...or not. ESPN's reporting that Len Pasquarelli sez Al Davis has told Sean Payton to sod off.

And yeah, they should flip a coin and use that to determine which Pats coordinator they're going to hire. Payton was a hot future coach... three years ago.

Hmmm, I just saw that on ESPN. I guess I spoke to soon about the Raiders. Perhaps they'll pick someone decent after all.

On the lighter side of the news, the Panthers won the Superbowl (sports.espn.go.com)

It makes me feel all nice and warm inside.

Yes but I like the Patriots chances now with this.
