We have Mediacom here in Iowa City, and for digital cable (which is required if I want PPVs) I pay $60 a month for basic cable, and another 40 for internet service. I have a friend who has satellite up here, he gets basic channels and the HBO package for 40 a month. Its too small for a new company so we are stuck with this, but everyone in town I know is pretty upset about the costs.
