A local lucha magazine announced that Jeff Jarret's TNA will come to Mexico soon...
The show will include a main event match between Hulk Hogan vs Jeff Jarret... and many other atractions such as a mask vs mask match between cibernetico (AAA) and La Parka (WCW, AAA), the place for the event its not yet announced but La Plaza de Toros Mexico can be a very serious alternative.
The rumors came from an actual exchange of stars of TNA and AAA, both company have a very strong relation right know...(Michael Shane and David Young from TNA are wrestling in Mexico right now...)
Did anybody know something about it...?
If this is true will be great watch Hogan in Mexico after almost 20 years...

I wonder why Jarret didnt look towards the CMLL first.... The CMLL is the only one serious promotion here in mexico...Jericho, benoit and Val Venis came here Iin the past with excellent results... michael shane and david young can learn a lot on the CMLL side, after all...this guys are young and have a lot to learn...in AAA all that they can learn is think twice before sign a contract to perform in mexico

It's too bad, because Jarrett is so obviously a black hair dye from being the fourth Dynamite Brother. | madiq

Guys like Psychosis, La Parka, and Juventud definitely have US followings; it would only help TNA to cross-promote, allowing for other names to get exposure up here/down there...

I always wonder why Top Line Masked Lucha wrestlers didnt play in the US? there are top liners with a Free Agent Status Such as Dr Wagner Jr or El Santo who can work without any problem in Mexico and Japan...this men will be an iautomatic hit with latin fans because thy are legends here (and in japan also)..
The problem with juventud and Psichosis is that they aren't strong enough with fans..theyre still young and didnt have the status of legends... And La Parka have at least 5 copycats in the country...the character starts to get weak with fans..
You know what? my dream ppv cross-over will be one program with one icon of all time lucha (el santo or dr wagner jr) versus one icon of ll time wrestling entertainment (hulk hogan or ric flair) ...one match of all time hardcore lucha (such as demian 666 or satanico) versus one icon of extreme wrestling (like Mick Foley or Terry Funk)

That's probably true - there was a lucha show headlined by Santo in Atlanta that drew well, though I'm not sure if it made money - but US promoters are not convinced that they can draw enough of those latin fans in the short term to make it worth their while, and they're unwilling to try any one who doesn't cut promos in English over the long term. | darkdragoon

The spanish commentators once upon a time metioned a possibly Raw event at Mexico.. Cancun probably , but nothing happen... : (
You know what? i still dont see so far the idea to give a temporary contract to Guys like El Santo or Dr Wagner Jr in WWE...maybe they can play a secondary role in a storyline with Eddie just to prove them..
After all Rey Misterio and Eddie Guerrero never had a Top Line prescence in Mexico...and you know the end of the story just imagine the success that Wagner and Santo could make....
cheers
