Um...wha? I've watched Survivor off and on (read: when SmackDown! sucked) and don't really know what you're talking about. How'd they get booted if they weren't voted off?

Mike Skupin was the guy that fell into the fire during Survivor: Australian Outback. He was not fit to continue and had to leave the game. Paschal was victim of a silly tie breaker game. He was one of the final 4 contestants on Survivor: Marquesas.

Anyway, him and someone else (I forget who, maybe Kathy?) got two votes each. So the tie breaker was they had to reach inside a bag and pick out a colored rock. Long story short, he picked the wrong rock and got eliminated.

speaking of Survivor flukes, I'm sure they HAD to get Lex back. Besides being an entertaining and intersting guy, he was also victim of a "slight" flaw during the Africa season. During the Fallen Comrades game it turns out he had an answer that was right but but was told he had the wrong answer. No one found out about this till after filming. This totally affected his chances in the game and had he got the answer right originally, he may not have been eliminated when he was. They had an out of court settlement if I remember correctly and he got $100,000 or something in that range.

Re Paschal - it was actually two votes for his "child bride" Neleh and 2 for Kathy (V had immunity) when the 3 of them had to reach into a bag and draw for the purple rock of doom. Had he switched his vote to Neleh he could have saved himself.

Michael Skupin was the guy in Survivor 2 who passed out in the campfire and burned his hands. He was removed from the show due by having to get him to a hospital, not by being voted off.

EDIT: OOPS, I didn't see that there were already responses to this question. My bad. (image removed)
