WHO'S NEXT? October 15, 2003 -- ARNOLD Schwarzenegger's gubernatorial triumph has gotten others thinking. First in line is "Access Hollywood" anchor Pat O'Brien. The former sportscaster is setting his sights on South Dakota. "I have harbored thoughts about running for governor of South Dakota," O'Brien told GQ. "I am from South Dakota. I love it there. It's not a whim. I know what I'm talking about." The self-proclaimed "George McGovern Democrat" won't be announcing his intentions on Jay Leno's show - he'll break the news to Schwarzenegger first.
