The nomination period usually goes from mid-October to mid-Novemeber (and voting mid-Nov to mid-Dec), but I have a sneaking suspicion that C might be otherwise occupied and push that start date back a little bit.

Dail-Up Mode is for people with slower Internet connection - it doesn't load the avatars or .sig files, making the page load much faster. | sergeial
